ONLY $45 EACH.

People that have already found the kdon hat love it, and now *finally* you can order them on-line and have them in your hands in less than 2 weeks!! If you live in Vancouver you can get yours within days. Lucky you! For those of you unfamiliar with the kdon hat, let me explain.
It is made completely by hand, fully lined, with a semi hard brim. Kdon hats are washable, but not recommended for the dryer. They fit most every head unless your noggin is unusually large (and I’m not talking about a big head.. I mean on the verge of alien-ness) Kdon hats have a piece of elastic embedded in the back lining to ensure a comfort fit. The fabrics range from wool, cordory, cotton, denim, and sometimes leather and silk, they are also most often lined with
cotton to allow for breath-ability. Each hat is also adorned with unique buttons on either side and one on top. I have had clients turn the hats inside out and get two looks for the price of one, since they are fully lined, you are able to do this successfully.

STEPS TO PURCHASING A KDON HAT
1. Choose fabric.
2. E mail if you have questions or requests at discollection.kdon@gmail.com
3. After discussing details, you will receive an invoice to your e-mail address
4. Pay the invoice via pay pal (or if in vancouver, alternate arrangements can be made to meet), be sure to include your shipping address and special requests (if any).
5. Receive a receipt of payment in your email from Pay Pal.
6. Sit back and count the days until your hat arrives.
( I have been trying to install little pay pal buttons beside each hat, to make it easier to purchase, but so far have been unsuccessful. So to buy a hat, you will just have to go to the paypal website and follow the above instructions)
I will try to get it sorted ASAP.

With the 70s and 80s back in style, I just loving vintage clothing from the thrift shops. You can find designers like Chanel and Armani for cheap there.

Are your hats in any local Vancouver shops? I am super-picky about hats (I find that the vast majority I try on don’t look very good on me!) so I’d like to try before I buy.
Also, have you considered using Etsy for your hat sales? I have used it in the past (though don’t have a shop online at the moment) and it makes transactions super easy.

thanks for asking karen, actually i do have hats in a shop called “any hat” in gastown. the other great thing about shopping at the store is they have a little more variety as i sell one of a kinds and small runs of fabric.
its funny you mentioned etsy also, because, no i don’t sell there, and had never heard of etsy before until last week. someone else asked me the same thing, so i imagine i will get a little shopping spot going there soon as well.
thanks for stopping by.
